Chambers Pillar

About 120 km south of Alice a single pillar provides a spectacular view over the Simpson Desert.

The Chambers Pillar is a naturally formed sandstone rock pillar named after is discoverer Cambers, a friend of Stuart (the name giving person for the North to South running highway).
